In order to prolong the service life and accuracy of the turret press, daily maintenance and maintenance. So how can the best maintenance achieve?
I. Daily Maintenance and Maintenance:
1. turret punch equipment shall not be rainy, collision or severe vibration during handling, installation and use.
2. Pay attention to remove punch material and rust dust of turret punch:
2.1 The waste trolley located in the middle bottom of the main machine shall be removed in time, and the accumulation of waste shall be strictly prevented from rising above the ground to affect the movement of relevant parts.
2.2 Regularly clean the rust dust on the moving rail surface and drive parts (such as bars) to avoid breaking the surface of parts.
3. turret punch maintenance
3.1 After 500 hours of equipment operation, all coupling fasteners (screws, bolts, nuts, etc.) shall be retightened and inspected regularly later.
3.2 Check hydraulic station and electrical limit switch sensitivity before each shift; check for any sundries on the moving parts and pipeline.
4. turret press for rust protection
4.1 Exposed smooth surface (such as guide rail surface and screw surface) shall be regularly coated with an oil film for both lubrication and rust prevention.
4.2 When the equipment is stopped for a long time, the metal surface shall be coated with anti rust grease.

6. turret punch lubrication instructions:
6.1 Oil cup on the mother flange cover and straight guide slide of each ball screw, once a month.
6.2 The bearings of each drive shaft and screw shall be equipped with grease during the machine assembly, and lithium-based grease shall be added after overhaul or medium maintenance (use interval of no more than three years).
6.3 Before each startup, check whether the oil position is normal, the filter indicates whether in the green area, whether the connection elements are loose and other abnormalities.
6.4 During machine operation, pay close attention to the system pressure, temperature, noise, hydraulic oil quality and leakage. The temperature of the oil shall be in the range of 35-55℃. Should not exceed 60℃.
6.5 Regular inspection and replace the components if necessary;
6.5.1 every day Check oil filter, air filter, and connect sturelements for normal.
6.5.2 new oil shall be sampled and tested after 400-500 hours. After qualified oil, it shall be replaced every 3000-4000 hours. New oil shall be tested for 1000 hours.
6.5.3 Observe the pressure change of the accumulator at any time (when the pump stops the reference) and check the nitrogen filling pressure in the accumulator once a month.
6.5.4Oil pump, valves and other components shall be carefully checked every six months to see if the performance is normal.
