4.2 Lower modes include: single / double V lower modes, angle of 30 ° and 88 °, V4,V 6,V7,V8,V10,V12,V16,V25 (mm)

4.3 Selection of the machete mold is generally based on the arrangement of the machete sequence after the review of the drawings.

4.4 Select top to the mode according to the angle:

When 4.4.1 processing angle is greater than or equal to 88 º, use upper knife mold (less than 88 °, e. g., knife, machete, machete, etc.).

  4.4.2 when machining angle is less than 88 º, a 30 ° upper blade mold (e. g., sharp knife / straight sharp knife) shall be selected.

  4.4.3 when needs to press the dead edge, fold into a sharp edge / sharp edge (usually 30 º), to flatten the dead edge.

  4.4.4 when plates exceed 3MM thick, avoid a sharp / straight knife to prevent damage to the tool.

  4.5 When processing U-shaped according to the appearance.




When b-a≧ 5mm, straight knife, straight knife, straight machete, machete can be selected.

At 1mm﹤b-a﹤ 5mm, a direct machete and a machete can be selected.

When b-a﹤ 1mm, a limitless is available.

Note: All 100mm﹥a, b﹥ 6mm are internal dimensions.

4.6 Selection of the lower model.

The 4.6.1 often selects the size of the V groove at 6 times the plate thickness.

4.7 The following points should be noted when the upper and lower mold needs to be stitched together.

When 4.7.4 wants to avoid the position, it should pay attention to the appearance of quality problems such as stamping and Angle not in place.

4.8 Under abnormal circumstances, mold selection.

When 4.8.1 pressing line, a pressure resistant knife shall be selected for the upper mold, and the lower mold shall be flat and aligned with the upper / lower knife mold without steps.

When 4.8.2 processes U-shaped, when the opening size is 6MM small, it should be folded into the mouth larger than the second knife, then flatten the size, or form with special mold

If the inner R corner of 4.8.3 processing products is clearly required, the matching R corner upper blade mold shall be considered in advance in the selection of the upper blade mold, (if R0.3, R1, R4, R8 or R10).

4.8.4 When 6 MM is 2.0 thickness, 88 ºV8 downmold should be selected. When the plate thickness is 3.0 thickness should fold 10MM, 88 ºV12 downmold should be selected to prevent too small machining size and causing work skid and not machining.

4.8.5 processing of round steel must be selected with special knife mold and operated by special personnel.

4.9 When choosing upper / lower knife mold, try to prevent splicing printing and affect the appearance of the product.

4.10 When proofreading top / lower blade mold, apply 300mm mold proofreading. Use splicing small mold or less than 300mm blade mold proofreading. More than 1M, the length difference between upper / lower blade mold shall not be greater than 20%.

4.11 Before installing the tool mold, we must first check whether the limited travel of the machine tool is greater than the total height of the upper / lower tool mold, so as to prevent damage to the knife mold and cause industrial accidents.

4.12 Check the mold before correcting the mold, and check the locking degree again after proofreading.

4.13 It is not prohibited to put the knife mold on the equipment to prevent the mold from falling, damaging the mold or injuring people.

4.13 The blade mold shall be put into the specified mold frame and placed neatly.

4.14 Install two knife modes of different heights simultaneously on the equipment.

4.15 The section shall be regularly maintained and maintained by the knife mold and clearly marked.
